Ok, I'm sure someone here has this same issue.

I recently upgraded from 3.0.1 JB to 3.1.2 JB via BlackRa1n.

Whenever I load Cydia, I get this pop up message stating Half-installed Package and whether I want to Forcibly Clear or Ignore (Temporary).

Yes, when I did JB to 3.1.2 via BlackRa1n, instead I started downloading things from the Rock app...much easier, much better, etc. etc.

There were a few apps that I have purchased via Cydia which I had to install Via Cydia versus the Rock but all in all, after installing everything, all my apps works (including JB ones).

My iPhone is rock steady and I have no issues whatsoever. Well, except when I launch Cydia. If I select ignore, it does load Cydia and I can work with it but I do want to correct whatever I need to correct if there is something wrong per Cydia.

Any solutions?

Are you saying that when you hit "forcibly clear" you still get that pop up every time you open cydia? Because to my understanding hitting forcibly clear will delete any package that didnt fully install or download. And that should solve your problem

No I didn't select any button. I guess I should forcibly clear huH?

Wonderful, I did a forcibly quit and now it's stuck on the apple screen on reboot.

What the heck is going on?
