Half Life 2 - Any good mods for OS X?

So I bought a couple of Steam games during the summer sales, and I'm wondering if there are any good mods? I would specially like something that increased the graphics if it there are some. I donno if it's even possible, but would like some input it somebody has. Regards

Black Mesa - HL1 remade in the HL2 engine by fans. I don't know if theres a Mac version coming out, it has a dedicated thread somewhere on here.

Also Minerva, a great single player level, again not sure if available for OSX.
