Half-Size/Mini Business Cards

I'm looking for a well-recommended place to print half-size (1"x3.5") business cards online (I can't find a local print shop that will do them for me). Has anyone had any experience printing such a card size? I've done the design myself in Illustrator, so I really just need a respected printer to print and cut.

Even though you want an online service, please could you post your location i.e. country - otherwise it's difficult for people to make recommendations.
 
Of course. I'm located in Orange County, CA, so if anyone has any suggestions of printers in OC or LA County that print that size it would be great.

I'm looking at Pixxlz.com, right now, but have found few reviews to vouch for their credibility.
 
I'm kind of in the same predicament. I too want the half sized business cards, but it seems like the only places that offer them only allow you upload artwork for 1 side. I really don't wanna have to use their stock fonts and what not to create the contact portion of my card. Moo.com makes you do this and it looks like pixxlz.com does as well...
 
Any *professional*, respectable printshop should be able to do that for you, thebreadking. Especially considering your location. That is not a difficult job by any means. I'd continue looking around.
 
Assuming you can't find a printer for this task have you considered getting full size ones done and then slicing them in half with a paper trimmer or similar.

As to the moo mini cards - they're kind of a specific market item and they're trying to market them as a trendy thing more than anything. Although I have to agree why can't they do double sided on them like they do the full size cards :(

Um MAcfearless I'd say the pixxlz ones are double sided looking at the pictures
edit - yep looks they are, you just need to apply your own 'image' over the top by the looks of it.

You can take a stack of the standard business cards to any print shop and have them sliced in half.
Just print your design 2-up.
