Halo:combat evolved re-entering passcode

As you can guess... i can't seem to re-enter my CD key.

****I AM NOT ASKING FOR A CD KEY****

I just can't seem to find the place in the library where I can delete the preference.


Heres the story:

"I was just opening the 'Halo' file and clicked on 'Halo' when, yes, It asks me for a CD code I was exited so I figured I'll find that out later and just click OK."

BUMMMEEEERRRRR

Now guess what? I can't play.

yes, I looked for it in the library. Not there...

On the PC version I remember you could just put in all zeros for the key and that would work but I don't know if that works on the Mac version.

okay guys...

this is probably going to save some people alot if trouble. I FIGURED IT OUT:

you have to delete you halo file in documents. yes you loose all of your progress in the game. but it your like be you never go to play the game. THEN you go to library/preferences/halo preferences KILL(delete) halo preferences.

Then you can put your code in.
