Halo-Cross Platform play?(pc/mac)

id love to play against pc users in Halo, and since there is no custom edition halo for mac, i could probably find some if macs could play against pc users.

In the apple store, it says we can have pc/mac battles.

Yes it is. As long as both versions are up to date, and the PC version isn't CE.
