When I read an email from the WSJ such as the Afternoon Report and select a topic, the WSJ App on my iPhone opens with the message "Error this page is not available for hand off". I am running IOS 9.0.2 on an iPhone 6s Plus. Handoff is turned off in Settings but it doesn't seem to matter if it is on or off. It will not open the topic in the App. I have to go to Safari and open the webpage directly.

I don't use this app but I think you're mixing terms. Handoff in settings refers to starting something on one device and continuing on another. Handoff in your error is the transfer of the link from email to the WSJ app.

mrpiii, I have had exactly the same problem with the various WSJ reports. I have found nothing to explain the problem and, when I wrote to the WSJ for online assistance, they were of no help. Their reply was that it was an Apple problem, not theirs. I am still unable to resolve it.
