I'm having an issue with handbrake with copying the correct chapter markers from the DVD. I start handbrake, open the VOB file, and then choose the title that has the longest running time (the movie). I go to the chapter tab and it does seem to have the correct number of chapters. After I rip and encode, the chapters are there but the markers don't seem to jump to the exact same location as the ones in the original DVD. Am I doing something wrong?
