Handbrake Apple Tv preset encode movie will not show on apple tv

I have been encoding my DVD Collection for my Apple Tv using handbreak. I have done a couple hundred movies so far but i have a few that no matter how many times i re-encode the movie will still not show up in my apple tv for playback.

If i could get any assistance from others experiences i would be appreciative.

I have an image from quicktimes movie inspector showing the movies info. to help.

Is this because of the fps being over 30? I have read that the apple tv can not read over 30 fps.

If this is the case why would the movie have encoded this way?

Re-encode and choose 30fps (or 24fps). See if that works.

Surprised the Apple TV Preset didn't do that anyway.

yes, it's the fps.

Open the file in quicktime, export to apple tv, and load it happily into itunes again and watch it on your tv.
