handbrake causes "green flash" at beginning of rip...

anyone seen this before? i'm ripping lost season 2 and every episode has a green screen that comes up for a split second at the beginning of each episode.

I've had it aswell but only on two eps of bewitched about half way through, I just redid it (Redid it means re-ripped & then re-encoded) and it seems fine now. Maybe you could try it with one ep to start with then if it worked go through it all again. Also the HandBrake Forums is a nice place to get help.
