Handbrake & iPhone video

OK - the current MR guide for putting video on your iPod/iPhone refers to the 5.5G iPod. Since these directions don't address the iPhone/new iPod Touch, the screen size/resolution instructions for Handbrake are off.

Can anyone who's ripped DVDs & converted for the iPhone suggest the proper settings - both for quality and for resolution/height-width?

I use HB, then iSquint because it automatically drops them into iTunes when done with the queue.
