Handbrake issues with dark scenes

Hi everyone,

I've been ripping DVD's for use with my ATV and Xbox360. I've been using Handbrake and using either ATV2 or High Profile presets, and I've been having problems with dark scenes sometimes coming out with slightly blocky areas in the darkest areas of the scenes. Is there any type of change I can make to the settings to prevent this? Also, are there any settings in Handbrake that will provide near uncompressed levels of quality?
