handbrake noon - special features? how 2 encode?

hey folks,
i'm going on vacation in a few weeks so i'm using handbrake to rip a few movies of my own b/c i know i'll have some time at night.

So, i want to encode 'some kind of monster' - metallica documentary. the 2nd disc is special features. when HB read the disc, it sees all the chapters, but i can't get it to encode just 1 file (like a play all). is there a trick or something small i need to be doing in order to accomplish my goal?
