Handbrake putting chapters in wrong order!?

Preparing my movie collection for the iPad. Decided to settle with Universal setting.

I just copied a film, and the finished product has the chapters in the wrong order. And I mean really random. The credits are in the middle of the film. Anyone had this happen before? Any way I can fix that?

You probably chose (or let HB autochoose) the wrong title. What I generally do is let the movie play in the standard DVD player. Right click on the movie and select "title" and it will show you which one is playing.

Then, when you start HB... there is a function under "file" which lets you select which title that you want to record. I am pretty sure this will work for you.

I use the "Apple TV" preset. It works fine for my Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad.
