Handbrake Question/Problem

I am trying to use Handbrake to convert DVD's of Curb Your Enthusiasm and Sopranos episodes to be able to play on the Iphone 3G. In both cases I get a message box saying i"The CLI is about to read your source..." and then it either hangs up or I get a follow up message saying that, "There are no Titles Found. Please make sure you've selected a valid, non copy protected source..."
Does anyone have any suggestions or reason why this is happening? I have scanned a number of other Handbrake related threads, but don't see anything that seems to address this issue.

I think you will probably need to back up the DVD to your computer disc first, using a program like DVD Decrypter.
