Handbrake to iTunes error

Hi All, I have just downloaded the new version of Handbrake and also AnyDVD and ripped and converted my first movie. (The Green Mile). It has converted ok up to the point when I try to drag and drop the movie in the MPG4 format over to iTunes where it will not load. When I try to play the movie in Quick Time it comes up with "Error -2041: an invalid sample description was found in the movie", although it will play if I open it in Nero Showtime. I converted it using the Apple TV settings as I will only want it to play on Apple TV. Any advice, remember, please be gentle with me as I am reletively new to this game!

For quicktime, you will need to install Perian as the AC3 track in the mp4 movie confused QT without perian.

make sure you use the .m4v extension instead of .mp4. It should then transfer to the atv2 with no issues. Not sure if the windows version of HB does this automatically, the mac version does though.
