Im on osx 10.4.x tiger. im trying to convert a .avi file using handbrake. every time i click on the .avi files it says no valid input. Did handbrake not support .avi back then? if not whats a good vonverter for tiger that can convert .avi

Nope, 0.9.3 is the first release that supported non dvd input.
