Handoff between iOS9b2 + El Capitan DP2.

I can't seem to get handoff to work between an iPhone 6 and a 2014 rMBP running the latest betas. However i can get handoff to work between a 2012 rMBP running Yosemite and the iPhone 6 with the beta on. Is handoff working in the latest DP for el capitan?

No handoff for me either on 13" rMBP late 2013 running DP2 and iOS 9b2 on 6 plus.

I had to sign out of iCloud then sign back in on the Mac to get Handoff working.

This didn't work for me. I even tried creating a brand new account and logging in to iCloud on it but handoff still did not work.

All of a sudden both handoff and Instant Hotspot started working for me. I logged out of iCloud and restarted the rMBP a few times and voila.

im hoping that the CAT that ive used on PB6 will continue to work with the RC, but right now, I dont have handoff, not instant hotspot working. Airdrop does work.
Ive tried everything I can think of to get it working, (deleted icloud account, deleted phone pairing...) but maybe its just a ElCap beta bug?? Wouldnt explain why it works nearly flawlessly with my iphone and ipad and between my 2012 MBP for work on PB6 as well though, other than my 2011 is using the CAT with a CAX BTLE4 card
