Hi,

Wondered if someone can help me. I will try to be brief:

iPhone5s - iOS 8 Beta 5
MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012 - Yosemite Public Beta 2 (I think....latest version available)

I am just unable to use any Handoff or Continuity features whatsoever and have followed all the guides I can find detailing bluetooth on/off, wifi on/off, log-out of iCloud, same apple ID on both devices etc..., I have bluetooth 0x6 too - checked in System Report.

I am usually pretty computer savvy but I am just lost with this lol. My Mac will make and receive calls via my iPhone as it should. iPhone is shown as a device on the bluetooth icon in menu bar. Both logged in to same account and on same 5Ghz wifi connection, yet email, safari, numbers, pages etc simply will not work from one device to another. Whatever I have tried for the past week or so just will not work or resolve the issue.

I would really appreciate any assistance with this from you knowledgable lot :)

I appreciate that both iOS and OS X are in Beta form and so lots of things will be temperamental, just that this feature would be really useful for me and I keep reading many threads about people being able to use it perfectly and I'm beginning to wonder if I'm just jinxed! Haha!!

It's nothing you're doing wrong. PB2/DP6 will only work 100% with iPhones running iOS 8 Beta 6.

Great - thanks for the confirmation. Just wondered if anyone else was using the same versions as I am and had managed to get it working. Probably not then. Those who are lucky enough to have continuity and handoff are most likely using the most up to date versions you mention
