My 5,1 Mac Pro has an upgraded WiFi/BTLE card. Continuity is fully working with handoff and AirPlay on Sierra.

I have noticed that although the General Preferences still shows the option enabled, it stops working after upgrading to High Sierra.

Is it working for anybody else?

You need to run CAT to make it work

CAT looks like it fixed it. I guess there is a whitelist that got reset. Odd that the General Preferences showed it as enabled. Will try to reenable SIP.
