Handoff seems to be not working after installing iOS 14

I've just noticed, that handoff does not work between iOS 14 and Mac OS Catalina. If I copy a content on iPhone Xs it can't be pasted on my Macbook Air. Anyone has the same issue? It is a bit frustrating.

Exactly same problem here, between macOS BigSur (MBA) and iPhone 11 (iOS 14.2). Even called AppleSupport and they seem to know about it and working on fix.

On both devices:

Log out of iCloud

Disable Handoff and BT

Restart

Enable Handoff and BT

Login back into iCloud in both

If the above fails:

Reset Network Settings

And/Or

Reset All Settings

With BT off Handoff is not going to work? I always thought that Handoff works regardless......
