Handy Light App with ipad Wi-Fi

Does it work? Anyone has iphone 4 and know how to make work these two together? I am newbie with mac, so please go easy on me.

It doesn't work unless you have a jailbroken iPad. There is, however, a very complicated way to do it that was mentioned in the Handy Light app discussion thread, but you need to be/know an app store developer.
