Hanging at lock screen

Sometimes when I unlock it, the screen freezes for a while? Anyone had this issue too?

iOS 5 is running super fast and smooth otherwise so far.

I only get it when my iPod touch is on my dock all night and I try to unlock it put it only lasts for 3 seconds about.

I had this on my 3GS - I did 3 or 4 resets (hold power + home until the apple logo appears and the phone reboots). Also, try killing all your Safari pages. Now it's super smooth.

Yes! also it sometimes doesn't recognise my "slide to unlock" but then 10 seconds later will randomly slide and unlock as if my finger was on the screen.
