Hanging bullet list

Hey everyone, i need some advice on aligning some bulleted lists im working on. The spacing is all out and im not sure how to align it all up. I've attached an image of one of the lists.

You find the options to define bullet styles and the amount of indent from the Paragraph palette:

Pay particular attention to the First Line setting if you don't want your bullets to be flush to the left margin:

Apply these settings to highlighted text from the Type menu:

Result:
