Never cared very much for being witness to a lot of PDA so don't particularly feel comfortable going out to mix with a bunch of openly lovey-dovey couples. Might as well just wait until the day after, go out and pay half as much on a nice meal after all the elevated Valentine prices go away and all the lovey dovey couples go back to where they came from.
Only thing that would make me enjoy Valentines Day would be a lap dance from Jennifer Hawkins, followed by some rumpty pumpty, then, when she leaves, she leaves me a cheque for a couple of million dollars.
That, or a bit of a kiss and cuddle and the promise of something more down the line with the girl I've got my eye on.

There's not a chance we're going out to watch people slobbering over each other, so we're staying in and I'm going to cook a pie.
Giftage-wise, we both bought each other a plain t-shirt and are drawing a picture on each others. I'm really excited to see what he's drawn. Hope it isn't a filthy joke.

I found it on a Yahooligans e-card but haven't been able to find it in any other res.
So I just got back from Wal-Mart with a big box of elementary school v-day cards. Gonna give them to the co-workers tomorrow, and write something a special on the card of the co-worker I've had my eye on (she's the one from my first date thread a while back). Nothing too fancy, more of a "You're Wonderful" type of deal whereas other people get generic cards.
