Hard Disk Update ???

Hard Disk Update 1.0

In Software Update, I've been waiting for some info on the forums before clicking OK to this one.

But there has been no mention of it.

Or am I only getting this because I have a Maxtor HDD.

i think it was discussed here, though it might be something different from what you see. it seems it's only for powermac users or desktop users or something. check it out and see if it's the same.

Unreal, I did a search but couldn't find any reference???

i downloaded the update...

and i had no problems. I too, think it has something to do with the Maxtor HDs.
After downloading it, it told me that my hard drive did not need updating...
