hard drive doesnt show in finder-but is on desktop

Hello good evening ,



So i did some mess and it would be wonderful if you can help .



I tried to make the spotlight "see" an external drive using the privacy setting , but somehow i managed to make it disappear

ear from the finder . I can see and use it on my desktop and disk utility but it doesn't show in finder. What did I do and how to fix it please ?

Open Finder. Go to Preferences (CMD + Comma or on the menu, Finder > Preferences). Go to the Sidebar tab and check the box next to your drive.
