Hard drive icon keeps moving after I reboot.. o_O

I like having my drive icon in the top right corner of my desktop, but every time I reboot, it keeps relocating it to the bottom left area.

WHY? It's such a bizarre little nuance.

Any suggestions??

Mine keeps doing the same thing. I can't figure it out for the life of me. It hates staying in the upper right hand corner.
