Hard Drive Swap Out?

Question, If I take my current configured SSD with my current apps and OS etc out of my Mac Pro and swap it out with a newly bought Mac Pro, will the apps work? are the auth codes bound to the host id?

Most applications should work after the swap. There might be some, however, that are bound to the hardware, GuitarPro springs to mind as an arbitrary example.

Some apps will require you to reenter the reg. info. Adobe and MS apps seem to be the worst offenders here.
