Hard drive temperatures

Hey guys i am just wondering what kind of hard drive temperatures you experience on the Imac alum. When i boot up naturally it s quite cold but within 30 minutes it heats up to around 135 farenheit or around 58 degrees celsius. Is this normal? The hard drive isnt even made to work.
