hard drive upgrade

Hey guys, i am looking to upgrade my 80gb drive in my macbook cd to a bigger drive. I currently have the standard toshiba drive, 5400rpms, and am wondering if a drop down to 4200 would be signifigant, because i am interested in a 200gb toshiba drive, and that's the fastest i can find.
Here's where i'm looking, please feel free to let me know if there are faster 200gb drives, cause i will jump on them!

thanks guys, with that price at newegg, and the knowledge that with the amoount of data on my drive, the 200gb will be FASTER is awsome, i can't wait till it gets here!!!
