when I press the home button and power button combined, it doesn't do a hard reboot. It does nothing. I've held it down for more than a minute. The only thing it does is take a screenshot when I let go. I've also tried holding the home button first for 3 seconds, then the power button. Still doesn't work. Been reading online but no real indicator of how to fix this.
So first question is how to do the hard reboot when this does not work?
Second question is how do I fix this so that it works again?
Maybe the solution could solve both questions simultaneously?
