It's a Macbook and I have a situation where a child has jammed something inside it. How hard is it to remove it and clear it out and then reinstall it???

Is your MB under warranty?

If so, go to your local Apple store and ask them to do it. Cheaper this way.

The other alternative is try it yourself. Which usually results in breaking something and then having to go to the Apple store for help after voiding the warranty. More expensive this way.
