I have a question about the upgrades offered by OWC. I noticed for a Mac Mini Intel Core 2 Duo, you can create a monster machine. OWC offers up to 4GB RAM compatibility, up to 320GB HD, and a Super Drive, if you didn't have one already. I thought the Mac Mini's max'ed out at 2GB of RAM. Has anyone dealt with this company for the Mac Mini upgrades?

OWC is one if not the most reputable Mac hardware and upgrade companies out there.
The current Mac minis can have 4 GB installed but the chipset limits you to just over 3 GB addressable.

Mac mini C2D can install 4GB of RAM - though the OS only has access to 3.3GB or so.
