Harmony remote has stopped work wityh ATV

Sorry, I know its another Harmony topic, but I can't seem to find the answer anyway. Following the addition of ATV in to the Harmony software, my box now turns on and off as expected with the ATV activity.

But now, the Harmony Remote has stopped working completely with ATV. I've changed nothing at all in my setup, but now I have to use the original remote to use it.

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing the problem as I'm at a loss.

Make sure the original remote is unpaired and that the harmony remote is paired.
