Has anyone ever received a gift from Apple's corporate Customer relations department?

I am getting some sort of gift in the mail from Apple for inquiring about a retail store. Has anyone received a gift from someone at Apple's Corporate Customer Relations department?

I think I recall reading some threads where people mentioned getting some small gifts after they contacted customer care about something or other. I think for someone it was a case for the phone and another was earphones or something like that.

That department still exists? The phone numbers no longer go there. I guess you don't really need it. I found emailing Phil will get you where you need to go.

I got a nice phone call from one of Steve Jobs' secretaries and an iTunes gift card once, after complaining about something I can't even recall now.
