My app was released on the 28th of May with a small update but I guess I built it using 3.0 stuff so it crashes all 2.x iPhones. How Apple let this slip through is beyond me but now my reviews have tanked and I get tons of emails everyday with complaints. I submitted a fix within an hour after the first email was received but Apple has been sitting on it for almost two weeks now. I'm lost as to what to do because people don't understand it's out of my control and my reputation is going down the tubes because Apple allowed an app on the store that crashes 99% of iPhones it's on.*
* I guess it's my fault for not testing on a 2.2 device but I would think that Apple would before releasing it. I didn't think of it.
Has anyone had any luck contracting them and getting a rush on a release?
