I can't believe almost 2 months after launch I still haven't been able to find a matching silver aluminum adapter for my silver sport watch. Now I'm starting to think outside the box. Maybe I could brush the finish of a stainless adapter to dull it and match the silver sport? Like people used to do to the back of iPods that came with that super shiny rear surface. Perhaps paint an adapter with a matter silver paint?

Has anyone successfully made a matching adapter and how? Or any other ideas towards this goal would be appreciated.

i was thinking of buying the cheapies and getting it powder coated a close enough match. shouldn't be expensive at all.

Seems like a lot of work and money only to get "close enough".
If close enough is close enough then why not just live with black?

the people i use to powder coat things would probably do it for free for me. I just know if i had it black it would bother me. i want it the same color as the watch.
