Has anyone seen this before?

I didn't knew where to post this. It's an "apple" lamp, which I am very interested in! I have tried to google almost everything I guess, but I can't find anyone who has this "lamp":

Incidentally, I found this by searching Google Images for "apple lamp", saw a picture of the same lamp, on a blog, which mentioned modcloth, then went to modcloth and performed the same search, which led me to this. The internet can be funny like that.
