iPhone X Has anyone taken their X to an Apple store to replace the glass?

I dropped my phone and the back is shattered. I would like to make the appointment to have it fixed at an Apple Store instead of shipping off which would take 3-5 business days to receive back. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get the phone back on the same day.

You should unless something changed with the X. It usually takes about an hour. Don't see why it changed with the X

If the back if the phone is shattered, the only option is for them to give you a whitebox replacement phone. They won’t repair rear glass in store

Being the back is not repairable, if some stores don’t carry the white box replacements or have any in store, then they can ship a refurbished device directly to your residence and then you ship your broken device back to them. (Of course that depends on your methods of how you plan on replacing your iPhone.)
