Has anyone tried Volume a App?

Came across this in Cydia and was curious if anyone has used this? I guess my main questions are if the tweak actually works as stated, says it brings up the volume by 200%? And second question is has anyone had a problem blowing out the speaker on the iPhone or headphones?
