iPad Pro Has Apple delivered on the all the promises of the M1 iPad Pro ?

Has Apple fixed the not to spec super slow speeds of the Thunderbolt 3 port on the M1 iPad Pro ?
Also have there been any updates to the backlight algorithm ?
