Has Apple fixed bottom 1/3 yellow issue?

I have a Samsung screen with the bottom 1/3 yellow tint problem. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if Apple has fixed this problem yet? I want to send mine in to get the screen repaired/replaced though would prefer only having to do it once.
