Has iOS 10.1 PB 2 been released yet?

I'm seeing some people post they were prompted for iOS 10.1 Public Beta 2 yesterday I am enrolled in Public Beta program and am running iOS 10.1 but have never been prompted for beta 2. I'm aware of Developer Beta 2 but haven't seen Public...can anyone confirm whether this has dropped or not yet?
