Well I dropped my 3g a few times, nothing happen (lucky me) but I think I dropped it one to many times, I notice that there are a few little pieces of dust behind the screen (really annoying), the screen is a little loose on the top left corner and my home button is cracked(not the screen just the button) will apple exchange my iPhone for another one or am I doomed?

Apple won't replace anything because there are visible signs of damage sorry. Not much you can do, besides trying to buy replacements parts/buy new phone.

yes apple might replace it for you.
i had a problem with mine in which the seal round the screen was wearing away and the screen was angled so that one side was raised and one side was lowerd due to extensive usage. They replaced mine im on my 3rd iphone 3g now.
