Hey there,

I am trailing the Apple Music service at the moment. I have seen online that to download music from the iTunes store you click on the album/song, click the three dots and select 'Make available offline'. I do not see the three dots for me to make that selection.

My subscription is active, I can access the radio no problem.

Apple Music has nothing to do with the iTunes Store. Go into your music app, and tap the magnifying glass icon on the bottom. In the search bar make sure Apple Music I’m listed. If it’s not, tap the search bar and select Apple Music. Search the artist you want, then click tap the cloud is on to download.

Many thanks Jjayf,

I should have said that I tried to download through the Music App too. I did all the above and there still isn't any option to download. The cloud never appears, all I get is a '+' next to the song. In the Music app I see the icon with the three dots but still do not see the option to make the music available offline. So strange.

It doesn't unfortunately. It brings up the share dialog (the pop up with the list of message apps).
