Have folders, but no way to get them on cydia to my phone :( Anyone help ?

A MacRumors member was nice enough to set up a theme for me, but I haven't a way to get it from the .rar file to cydia so I can load it to winterboard. ANyone bored and willing to upload it for me ? :)

Use Cyberduck, simple simple. Do a search for "SSH iphone cyberduck", you should get some results to tell you how.
