Have I damaged the LCD or the LVDS cable?

I attempted to clean the LCD panel last night and after putting everything back together and turning on the iMac I'm greeted with the following screen issue.

I really hope it's the LVDS cable as it was difficult to get back into place and upon inspection looks damaged at one end.

Any advice is welcome! The iMac model is a 2011 i5 21.5" (A1311)

Bummers on the issues,

I think your only option is to take it back apart and see if the cable is damaged or perhaps not fully seated. Good luck
