Hello,

This post is because I sold my Mac mini a year ago and I'm getting paranoid that I didn't format it, but restarted macOS.

But I'm sure I deleted the data before, because when the Mac installation was finished it didn't ask me for a password. (I think, I don't have a good memory)

Thanks God had I saved these two screenshots in case someone can tell me if it was formatted or just re-installed.

It looks like you formatted it but why suddenly worry a year later?

Make sure it’s still not listed in your Apple account. That’s all you can do at this point

I don't know why, I read about some victims of data theft and I'm scared (I'm very paranoid as standard).



So the first picture is shown when it's a clean install right (select country/region)? and if it was a reisntall it would go straight in without asking any settings? right?
