Have I missed my window to JB? IP 6+ on 9.3.3

hello,
I have an iPhone 6 Plus jail broken with Pangu currently on 9.3.3

I know there's a JB for 10.1.1 and 10.2 with Yalu. If neither is being signed by Apple right now, does that mean I can't upgrade iOS and jailbreak?

If I still can, please let me know how. Thanks
