Have lock screen passes changed in iOS 18, or is it the pass provider's issue??

So I regularly get train tickets on my local train company's app (Greater Anglia). When you buy them, you get the option to add them to Apple Wallet, then 4 hours before the departure time of your train the pass conveniently appears on the Lock Screen.

Before iOS 18, they looked like this - showing the time of the train, very helpful.

But now, they just say "Nearby", which is very unhelpful!

Trying to work out if is this an iOS issue or a Greater Anglia App issue - any ideas??

With my United plane tickets, I do see "Nearby" now on the notification which I know I didn't see on iOS 17 and older versions. I don't remember what it did show if it showed anything at all before.

I’ve sent an email to Greater Anglia to alert them to it, and maybe see if it’s something their developers can change…
